Getting started with Oway?

Oway is a completely new system for freight - all of our drivers are always on the move. When you place an order, you should expect pickup to occur within a few hours (as long as it's before 3 PM). Orders placed after 3 PM will be picked up the next day. A driver simply reroutes for a few minutes from their usual deliveries to grab your shipment. So once it's picked up, you can expect it to get to your destination on the same route it was picked up on.

As a trusted partner in the logistics industry, we understand the importance of comprehensive insurance coverage. Our commitment to safeguarding your shipment is our priority - and so we ensure strict guidelines for all of our drivers. Cargo Insurance: We require all our drivers to maintain a minimum cargo insurance coverage of $100,000. This coverage ensures that in the unlikely event of cargo damage, loss, or theft during transit, your valuable goods are protected. Our drivers are dedicated to delivering your cargo safely and securely to its destination. Liability Insurance: To provide Oway shippers with the utmost confidence, we mandate that all our drivers maintain liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000. This coverage offers you and your customers peace of mind, knowing that you are protected in the event of any unforeseen accidents or incidents. Oway Platform Driver Insurance Requirements in Detail: For all drivers operating through the Oway platform, we strictly enforce the following insurance requirements: - Cargo Insurance: All drivers must maintain a minimum cargo insurance coverage of $100,000. - Liability Insurance: Drivers must have liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000.
